Our Return & Exchange Promise
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Accessories (all types)
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Swimwear (unless tags are intact and hygienic liner is in place)
Simple 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please include:
- The completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
- All original packaging and tags
- A copy of your invoice
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after processing

- Credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 24 hours
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
International Returns
For our global customers outside the United States:
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Sleek Fit Style item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.
